Conflict Management Mastery Academy was founded to help people, teams and organisations handle conflict with calm and respect. We combine years of experience in mediation and negotiation with a background in leadership.

Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which an impartial mediator helps the parties communicate and reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

We mediate family, workplace and commercial disputes. Mediation is usually faster and less costly than court proceedings, and it preserves relationships.
